We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- No restocking fee.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after we receive and inspect the return.
- We cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
- Customers cover return shipping for size, color or change-of-mind returns.

Baya Wear pays the return shipping cost when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or when we sent the wrong size or color.
For change-of-mind returns, fit issues, or ordering the wrong size or color, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you need to cancel an order, email help@bayawear.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Please include:

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel your order before processing begins. However:
