Orders and shipping
Where do you ship? To every U.S. state, including PO boxes and APO / FPO / DPO addresses. We don't ship outside the United States yet.
How much is shipping? It's calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you pay. One jacket ships for $9.30; two jackets are usually $13.70. The full rate table is in our Shipping Policy. There are no handling fees or charges on delivery.
How long does delivery take? We process orders within 1–2 business days, then transit is 9–14 business days. Plan on 10–16 business days from the day you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting U.S. federal holidays.
Why does it take that long? Our jackets ship from our fulfillment partner via YunExpress, with USPS handling the final delivery to your door. It's slower than a domestic warehouse, and it's why we can sell a fleece shacket for under $45. If you need something by a specific date, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll make it.
How do I track my order? You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the order ships. The first scan can take 2–4 business days to appear — that's normal. If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, contact us and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
Can I change my address after ordering? Yes, while the order is still processing. Email help@bayawear.com right away with your order number and the correct address. Once it's with the carrier we can't reroute it.
Can I cancel my order? Within 12 hours of placing it, yes — full refund. After that it's likely already being packed, so it would need to come back as a return after delivery.
Will there be customs or import fees? No. The total at checkout is everything you pay.
Sizing and fit
How do your jackets fit? Relaxed and oversized on purpose — that's the shacket look. There's room to wear a hoodie or sweater underneath. If you want a closer fit, go one size down from your usual.
What sizes do you carry? S, M, L, XL and 2XL on every style.
Is there a size chart? Yes, on every product page under "Size guide," with bust measurements in inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes, email us your measurements and we'll recommend one.
Do the jackets run true to size? They run roomy. Most customers who want the relaxed look order their usual size; customers who prefer a fitted look size down.
Products and care
What are the jackets made of? The fleece styles are 100% polyester fleece. The corduroy shacket is cotton corduroy with a mineral wash. Fabric details are on each product page.
How do I wash them? Machine wash cold on gentle, hang dry. The corduroy shacket should be washed inside out. Don't bleach and don't iron the fleece.
Do the colors look the same as the photos? We photograph in natural light and don't retouch colors, but every screen shows color a little differently. If the color isn't what you expected, it's covered under our 30-day return policy.
Will you restock sold-out sizes? Usually, yes. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page or join our email list and we'll let you know.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
What's your return policy? 30 days from the day you receive your order, for any reason — wrong size, changed your mind, didn't like it. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. No restocking fee. Full details in our Refund & Return Policy.
Can I try it on? Of course. Trying a jacket on at home doesn't count as wearing it. Just keep the tags on.
Who pays for return shipping? If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we do — you'll get a prepaid label. If it's a size or change-of-mind return, you cover the return postage.
How do I start a return? Email help@bayawear.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send return instructions and the return address within 48 hours on business days. Please wait for those instructions before mailing anything.
Can I exchange for a different size? Yes. Email us within 30 days and we'll set it up if the size is in stock. Because delivery takes 10–16 business days, the fastest option is usually to order the new size now and return the original for a refund — you choose.
When will I get my refund? Within 10 days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 3–5 business days to show it.
My order arrived damaged. What now? Email photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label to help@bayawear.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice — and cover any return cost.
My tracking says delivered but I don't have it. Check with household members, neighbors and your building's mail area, and give it 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. Still nothing? Email us with your order and tracking numbers and we'll open an investigation. If it's confirmed lost, you get a free replacement or a full refund.
Payment and security
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay — whatever's shown at checkout.
Is my payment information safe? Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant system with SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card number.
Do you charge sales tax? Where required by your state, yes — it's calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
