Payment Policy

Here's how paying for your Baya Wear order works — what we accept, when you're charged, and how we keep your details safe.

All payment options are shown at checkout. We don't accept checks, money orders, bank transfers or cash on delivery.

Currency and pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD). The total you see on the final checkout page — product price, shipping calculated by weight, and any applicable sales tax — is the total you'll be charged. Nothing is added afterwards, and nothing is due on delivery.

If you pay with a card issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own currency conversion rate or foreign transaction fee. That's set by your bank, not by us.

When you're charged

Your payment method is authorized when you place the order and charged when the order is confirmed. If we can't fulfill an order — for example a pricing error or an item that's unexpectedly out of stock — we cancel it and refund the full amount before anything ships, and we email you to let you know.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and the rules of your state. It's shown as a separate line before you pay.

Security

Checkout is run by Shopify and is PCI DSS compliant. Every page on bayawear.com uses SSL encryption. Your card details go directly to the payment processor — we never see or store your full card number, and our team can't access it.

To protect you and us against fraud, orders may occasionally be held for verification. If that happens with yours, we'll email you within one business day with what we need. Orders that can't be verified are cancelled and refunded in full.

Discount codes

One discount code per order, entered at checkout before payment. Codes can't be applied after an order is placed, combined with other codes, or exchanged for cash. Refunds on discounted orders are based on the amount you actually paid.

Refunds

Refunds always go back to the original payment method — we can't refund to a different card or account. Timing is covered in our Refund & Return Policy: within 10 days of receiving your return, plus whatever time your bank takes to post it.

Questions about a charge

If you see a charge you don't recognize, or the amount doesn't match your order, email help@bayawear.com with your order number before contacting your bank. Nearly every billing question is resolved in one email, and a chargeback takes weeks longer than a refund from us.
